Configure Chatbot
Once the Chatbot is deployed, go to My Chatbots. There you can configure the settings, including the assistant image, name, and domain restrictions.
Click on Config button to open the configuration options.
Configuration Settings
- AI Assistant Image: Upload or reset the default assistant profile image.
- AI Assistant Name: Customize the name that will be displayed with the assistant (e.g., "Ask AI").
- Authorized Domains:
- Add specific domains where the assistant can be used (e.g.,
example1.com). - To restrict access exclusively to VAKStudio, leave the field empty.
- For production, enter multiple domains, separated by commas.

- Enable App:
- To share your chatbot as an app with a QR code or link, simply toggle the Enable App button. Then, click Get App Link to generate a direct link to your chatbot for sharing.
- Close the App popup (not the window) from top-right cross button to access the QR code, which you can share to engage users with your chatbot.
- Set Amount Linit:
- To control chatbot spending, click on Set Amount Limit and enter your desired limit in USD. The chatbot will automatically stop responding once this limit is reached. You can remove the limit at any time by clicking the Delete Limit button.
